The strict sintering production process is carried out, so that the sintering process is heated and kept in full accordance with the set temperature rise curve.
Adopting advanced protective process measures, the sintered material does not oxidize under high temperature conditions, the surface purification is activated, the liquid solder is infiltrated well, and the sintered layer shrinks evenly, which not only completely eliminates the sintering defects such as shrinkage and porosity, but also prevents cracking during sintering. The problem is that the sintered layer is firmly bonded to the substrate, and is integrated into one body without peeling off. The hardness of the cemented carbide used is high and the hardness is high. The peeling and cracking problem does not occur during the use, and it is resistant to abrasion, impact and corrosion under severe working conditions, and the service life can reach more than 200 hours.
