Data Performance:

In order to meet the client’s expectation of increasing ROP for horizontal drilling, DeepFast has further improved PDC bit in cooperation with the high-performance oil-based downhole motor and offer integrated service solutions for the client. It has successfully reached one trip drilling and achieved many records since 2013, which has the highest ROP (25.81m/h) in horizontal section of this area, the highest daily drilling footage(433m).

At present, some wells in Fuling area are much deeper, longer horizontal length and high well temperature, which need more powerful and long-life time drilling tools. In order to continuously meet the needs of integrated service for customers, DeepFast independently develops and improve the PDC bit and high-performance oil-resistant Downhole motor that aims to target a specific formation, combined with different drilling parameters and configuration of Downhole motor with different performance to provide stable ability of integrated service. Live up to expectations, the high-performance oil-resistant Downhole motor achieves a 393-hour service time, which increase 43.86% than before.
